Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, to all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, Greeting!

Whereas We did, by Our Letters Patent dated the twenty-ninth day of November in the first year of Our Reign, constitute and appoint Our most loyal, noble and learned Subject and trusty Counsellor Brittany Blumberg, Duchess of Selyne, Duchess of Blair and Baroness Ardru, to be Our Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs:

Know ye that We do by these Presents revoke and determine Our said Letters Patent.
