To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents appoint Our most loyal, noble and learned Subject and trusty Counsellor Lachlan Johnson, Baron Lendray, to be Lord High Chancellor, and do confer upon him the title, office, powers, duties, privileges and responsibilities thereto appertaining.
