To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We do by these Presents command that Our most loyal Subject Logan Gilstrap be called to the Bar, and authorize him to practice Law within this Realm as a Barrister, with rights of Audience in all Our Courts and Tribunals.
