To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We do by these Presents, and in pursuance of the provisions of the Nationality and Citizenship Act 2008, consent to the renunciation by Our most loyal and noble Subject and trusty Counsellor Roman Anderson of his citizenship of the Kingdom of Æfira.
