To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Max, King of this most noble Realm, send Greeting!

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents grant that Our most loyal and noble Subject and trusty Counsellor Laurie LePore, Duchess of Kelten, Marchioness of Estreln and Baroness Lendray, shall have and enjoy rank, place and preeminence before all other Peers of the same estates and degrees that she shall happen to have.
