Letters Patent of 21 November 2008

To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Whereas Our most loyal, noble and learned Subject Ilana Walder-Biesanz, Countess of Ranell, has demonstrated great loyalty and dedication to Us and to the Kingdom of Æfira and has ever remained active in the affairs of the said Kingdom, and whereas We are desirous that her contributions to the welfare of Our Kingdom should be made known to all and publicly celebrated in due and fitting manner:

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents grant and assign unto the said Ilana Walder-Biesanz the Arms following, to be borne and used for ever hereafter by her and her descendants with due and proper differences and according to the Laws of Arms, that is to say Vert a Wolf sejant argent; and for the Crest an Oak-tree eradicated proper; with the Motto “Justice”; and We do further grant and assign unto her the following Device or Badge, that is to say on a Hurt a Wolf’s Head cabossed argent all within a Garland of Oak-leaves proper; as are all herein more plainly depicted.

Witness Ourself at Our City of Riverdale this twenty-first day of November in the year of Our Reign the second, the year of the Kingdom of Æfira the second and the year of the Christian era the two thousand and eighth.
