Letters Patent of 27 October 2008

To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents declare and proclaim that the natural and legitimate children of any Sovereign of this Realm, and the natural and legitimate children of all such children, shall be Princes and Princesses of the Realm, and shall have and at all times hold and enjoy the style or attribute of Royal Highness and the titular dignity of Prince or Princess prefixed to their respective personal names or with their other titles of honor.

And We furthermore declare and proclaim that the spouses of the aforementioned Princes and Princesses shall have and at all times hold and enjoy the style or attribute of Royal Highness and the titular dignity of Prince or Princess prefixed to the personal names of their respective spouses or with their other titles of honor.

Witness Ourself at Our City of Riverdale this twenty-seventh day of October in the year of Our Reign the second, the year of the Kingdom of Æfira the second and the year of the Christian era the two thousand and eighth.
