To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents, and in pursuance of the provisions of the Church of Æfira Act 2008, consecrate Our most loyal and noble Subject and trusty Counsellor Brittany Blumberg, Duchess of Blair and Baroness Ardru, to be Bishop of Blair.
