To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Max, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Know ye that We of Our special grace do by these Presents confer upon Our most loyal and noble Subject and trusty Counsellor Roman Anderson, Viscount Verdandi, the titles, offices, positions, duties, privileges and responsibilities of Lord High Constable and Chief of the General Staff.

Witness Ourself at Our City of Riverdale this sixteenth day of May in the year of Our Reign the second, the year of the Kingdom of Æfira the second and the year of the Christian era the two thousand and eighth.
