To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Max, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, send Greeting!

Whereas Our High Court of Justice has judged Our noble Subject Brittany Blumberg, Duchess of Selyne, Duchess of Blair and Baroness Ardru, guilty of treason:

Know ye that We do by these Presents, and in pursuance of the judgement of Our High Court of Justice, forever revoke the dignity, style, title and honor of Duchess of Selyne and the title, office and position of Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs heretofore conferred upon the aforementioned Bittany Blumberg.
