To all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, We, Max, King of this most noble Realm, send Greeting!

Know ye that We do by these Presents command that Our most loyal and noble Subjects and trusty Counsellors Storm Smith, Duke of Dahara, Earl of Arat and Baron Makash, and Ilana Walder-Biesanz, Countess of Ranell, be called to the Bar, and authorize them to practice Law within this Realm as Barristers, with rights of Audience in all Our Courts and Tribunals.

Witness Ourself at Our City of Riverdale this seventh day of November in the year of Our Reign the first, the year of this most noble Realm the first and the year of the Christian era the two thousand and seventh.
