Letters Patent of 5 September 2023

Maximilian, King of Æfira and of Our other Realms and Territories, to all to whom these Presents shall come, or whom the same may in any way concern, Greeting!

Whereas a Treaty of Peace and Friendship between the Autonomous Freehold of Aab and the Kingdom of Æfira was concluded and signed at Portland on the thirtieth day of June 2022:

Know ye that We do by these Presents, and in pursuance of the provisions of the Aabian Treaty Act 2023, declare and proclaim that the Kingdom of Æfira has ratified the said Treaty; and We undertake and promise upon Our Royal word that We will faithfully perform and observe all the stipulations therein contained.

Witness Ourself at Our City of Riverdale this fifth day of September in the seventeenth year of Our Reign and the year of the common era the two thousand and twenty-third.
