An Act to make provision in connection with finance.
Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. Value of units of foreign currency
His Majesty may by Order in Council fix the value, in the currency of the Kingdom of Æfira, of any unit of a foreign currency or any unit of account defined by reference to multiple currencies; and the value of any such unit shall, for all purposes within Æfira or at Æfiran law, be deemed to be equal to the value so fixed.
2. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Finance Act 2022.
