An Act to Provide for the Succession to the Throne, in Default of His Majesty’s Legitimate Issue.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Temporal and Spiritual in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
[1] That if, at the demise of His present Majesty, there shall be no legitimate issue of His said Majesty then living, the Crown and Throne of this most noble Realm, and of the Dominions and Territories thereunto belonging, and the royal state and dignity of the said Realms, and all honors, styles, titles, prerogatives, powers, authorities, immunities and rights belonging and appertaining to the same, shall descend and belong by right to the Right Honorable Amanda Tindell, Viscountess Verdandi, and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten.
[2] That this Act may be cited as the Heir to the Throne Act 2007.
