An Act to fix Æfiran standard time.
Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. Æfiran standard time
Æfiran standard time is the time computed by subtracting eight hours from Coordinated Universal Time.
2. Interpretation of instruments
For the purposes of any Act, Order in Council, judicial order, deed, contract or other legal instrument, unless it is otherwise expressly provided, a date, time or period of time shall be determined with reference to Æfiran standard time.
3. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Standard Time Act 2020.
