An Act to amend the rule of quorum in the Houses of Parliament.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. The quorum of each House of the Parliament shall be three members of the same; and no business transacted by either House in the absence of a quorum shall be valid.
2. This Act may be cited as the Parliament Act 2009.
