An Act to establish the Sovereign’s Birthday as a national holiday of Æfira.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1. The birthday of the Sovereign for the time being shall be celebrated as a national holiday of the Kingdom of Æfira.
2. His Majesty may promulgate Orders-in-Council to regulate the observance of the said national holiday.
3. This Act may be cited as the King’s Birthday Act 2009.
