An Act to repeal certain enactments which are no longer of practical utility.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

[1] The Quote Act 2007 is repealed, and shall henceforth be of no force and effect.

[2] This Act may be cited as the Statute Law Revision Act 2008.
