An Act for the Abolition of Slavery in the Kingdom of Æfira.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

[1]  Slavery is henceforth absolutely abolished and made unlawful in the Kingdom of Æfira and in all Dominions and Territories thereunto belonging; and no citizen of the said Kingdom, Dominions or Territories, nor any person resident therein, shall be held in slavery or involuntary servitude.
[2]  The provisions of this Act shall form part of the Human Rights Act 2007, as amended.
[3]  This Act may be cited as the Human Rights Act (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2008.
