An Act to Extend the Powers of His Majesty with Respect to the Granting of Citizenship.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

[1] The King’s most Excellent Majesty shall have the power to grant citizenship to any foreigner, without informing or seeking the consent of the Parliament of the Kingdom of Æfira.

[2] This Act may be cited as the Citizenship Act 2008.
