An Act to Guarantee the Availability of Educational Resources Free of Cost to all Citizens.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. All public educational services, resources and institutions shall be available to all citizens of the Kingdom of Æfira free of cost.

2. This Act may be cited as the Education Act 2008.
