Human Rights Act (Amendment) Act 2008

An Act to Better Secure the Fundamental Rights of Citizens of Æfira.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

[1]  That the fourth clause of the Human Rights Act 2007, which addresses the right of citizens of the Kingdom of Æfira to wear manacles, is repealed, and shall henceforth be of no force and effect.
[2]  That capital punishment shall not be imposed by any court of law upon any citizen of the Kingdom of Æfira.
[3]  That this Act may be cited as the Human Rights Act (Amendment) Act 2008.
