An Act to Prohibit the Solicitation of Material Goods by Means of Begging.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
[1] That every citizen of the Kingdom of Æfira shall be guilty of a misdemeanor who, without His Majesty’s express permission, engages in begging or harassment for the purpose of soliciting money, food or other material goods.
[2] That this Act may be cited as the Begging Act 2008.
