An Act to Make Provision for the Enactment of Legislation in the Absence of His Majesty’s Royal Assent.

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Temporal and Spiritual and Commons in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

[1] That any Bill which shall have received the full approval of every Lord and Member of Parliament shall enter immediately into full force and effect, although the King’s most Excellent Majesty shall not have granted it His Royal Assent.

[2] That this Act may be cited as the Enactment Act 2008.
